Our next RS Meeting will be held on
Thursday, October 3rd from 7 - 8:30 pm. We will meet in the Relief Society room once again, as the Cultural Hall is still under construction. Our theme for this month is a Fall Social, and we have some wonderful things planned for you:
- Spiritual Thought about Harvesting Souls: How RS Sisters Can Help to Hasten the Work
- Class Presentation: Harvesting Revelation by Peggy Thompson
- Get ideas for how you can seek and preserve personal revelation during General Conference the following weekend.
- Class Presentation: Fall into Fellowship by Hayley Laidlaw
- All members of the church are being encouraged to help hasten the work of the Lord and share the gospel message. Hayley will share ideas for how you can encourage and invite your friends and families to activities, and share your testimony in simple, non-intimidating ways.
- Games: Bring out your drawing skills -- we're going to have a fall-themed Pictionary show down.
- Treats: In the mood for some fall treats? Come enjoy some Pumpkin Bread, Apples & Caramel Dip, and Spiced Cider.
- And of course plenty of time to visit and chat with your Relief Society Sisters!
We hope you'll all be able to come and enjoy. Babysitting will be available.
