Super Saturday 2017

Our annual event will be held on Saturday, November 4th from 9am-3pm. Lunch is potluck: please sign up to bring your favorite soup or salad. Project samples and order forms will be available on the table outside of the Relief Society room. Order forms and payments are due to Sarah no later than, Sunday, September 24th. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept late forms or payments, so that the committee can have enough time to order and prepare supplies. Happy crafting!

Super Saturday 2015

Super Saturday 2015 is coming! the Relief Society Committee has been hard at work and has some super cute projects for you. Super Saturday will be on Saturday, November 7th from 9am-3pm. Sign up to bring soup or salad to our potluck lunch. 

Projects will be on display on the table outside of the RS room. 

Money and order forms are due to Sarah by Sunday, September 27th. If we do not receive your payment by that date, we regret we will be unable to provide you with supplies. 

A.) Chocolate Candy Cane Cookie Mix in a Jar - $2.50 - Teacher: Crystal
 Layered cookie ingredients (including milk chocolate chips and crushed candy cane) in a quart size mason jar.

You supply: Mixing bowl, whisk, funnel, measuring cups and spoons, apron




B.) Hot Cocoa Mix in a Jar - $3.00 - Teacher: Crystal
Layered cocoa ingredients (including semi sweet mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows) in a 16 oz. mason jar

You supply: Funnel, measuring cups and spoons, apron




C.) Scrappy Ornament – $1.50 - Teacher: Lori
Plastic bulb ornament, covered with cute scraps of fabric. (metal stand not included)

Announcements for Week of 11/16

1)  Month of Temple Blessings. Our goal is to have someone from our ward in the temple every day this month that it is open. Please Contact Brother Jacobs if you are attending

2) Ward Quilt Squares are due to Young Women’s by NEXT SUNDAY, November 23rd.

3) Saturday, November 22nd Chili cook off and ward slide show. 6:00 Please bring a salad, dessert, or of course chili to share. 

4) Saturday, November 22 service opportunity to help set up Nativity on Euclid Avenue…get on Justserve.org…community project.

5)  Ward Choir Rehearsal for Christmas and Thanksgiving, every Sunday 10:15 in the chapel. Stake Choir 5:00  at the stake center getting ready for Stake Conference in January.

6)  Gift Card Drive now through December 7th. This is our opportunity to help those in need in our ward. Please purchase a gift card from a local vendor such as Target, Walmart, K-mart… If you can’t get a gift card but would like to contribute, please use a tithing envelope and check other and state that the contribution is for the Christmas to drive.

7) Upland Crèche festival on December 4,5, and 6 on the corner of San Antonio and 11th Street.

8) Thursday, December 11th Relief Society Evening Meeting at 7:00. We will be making ornament to give to our sisters and families that we carol to at the Ward Christmas Party. You will be able to make an ornament to take home for your family too.

8) Friday, December 12th, Rancho Cucamonga Stake Living Nativity, Etiwanda Building

9) Saturday, December 13 Ward Christmas Party:
